The Nell Robe

If you have never seen the 1952 film “Don’t bother to knock” I urge that you do.  It starred Marilyn Monroe, as Nell, in one of her more serious roles that showed her for the excellent actress she was.  This film also saw the beautiful Nell wear a seductive robe that was the inspiration for this, The Nell Robe.  My modern interpretation is in a feathery soft red jersey fabric, and has enticing sheer red lace panels in a corset effect around the upper body.  The jersey is oh so comfortable whilst the lace lightly shapes your curves to show off your figure to its fullest, so you too can allure men like Marilyn Monroe!

As this robe has rigid central panels, the sizing may come out slightly differently to our other products.  So here is a breakdown of the maximum stretch each size has:

Small:  Bust – 35” Waist – 28” Hips 35”
Medium:  Bust – 39” Waist – 32” Hips – 39”
Large:  Bust – 43” Waist – 39” Hips – 43”

The hip measurements are more flexible as the jersey has some stretch to it so go by your bust and waist measurements.
